Late Supper

Chili and fresh squeezed lemonade. Odd pair? Maybe. Yummy? Yes!

  1. I made a double batch of chili a few weeks ago, and froze what was left. So on crazy nights like yesterday (allergy shots, grocery shopping, getting home at like 6:30) then I was able to just sit the chili out in the morning and it was thawed out by the time we got back. Add some cheese, sour cream and chips (Elijah is the odd ball and likes crackers instead) and we were good to go. I love chili!

    Well, I wanted to make hers but when I bought the stuff the other night at Wal-Mart I didn't know the ingredients and it was pretty late to call you. So it's just whatever I bought-I did get the Italian style tomatoes. Next time I go to the store, I'll know what all to get! :)
